Questions

What counts as an academic email?

Any .edu, .ac.uk, or recognised institutional domain. If your school isn't recognised, the checkout page will offer a fast-track for adding it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — subscriptions can be cancelled from your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Student Semester is a one-time purchase; no recurring charge.

What is the Lab plan for?

Research groups of up to 8 people — typically a PI and doctoral students. The PI purchases the subscription and invites team members by email. No shared login; each person has their own account.

Is Student Semester renewable?

Yes — you can purchase another semester after the first expires (or before, if you need to extend early). Each purchase resets your 120-day window.
