What the paper says

The importance of financial literacy is discussed, in particular the re-education of individuals about credit, debit and education about the financial market and the nature of risk. The need for individuals to take responsibility for the accumulation of funds for retirement and for the investment of funds once the age of retirement is reached, as there is always a choice in the selection of superannuation fund and the provision of lump sum retirement payouts.
