What the paper says
In this paper, we intend a model for the treatment of tumor using chemotherapy and oncolytic virotherapy. This model describes the interactions among infected tumor cells, uninfected tumor cells, chemotherapy and oncolytic virotherapy. Existing of the positive equilibrium points and its stability are examined. Analytical results revealed that, the system is conditionally stable at the equilibrium points. Hopf bifurcation analyzed around the interior equilibrium point and also stochastic stability investigated. The reduced tumor cells in virotherapy are reduces the concentration of chemotherapy used. The numerical simulations illustrate the analytical results.
