It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article by Beik Boshrouyeh S, Taheri Z, Nazari S and Samavat M (2025), “The impact of employee support on labor investment efficiency: the mediating role of internal control weaknesses”. International Journal of Manpower, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/IJM-02-2025-0141 incorrectly published the affiliation of second author Zahra Taheri as “Faculty of Tourism, College of Management, Tehran University, Tehran, Iran.” This has been corrected to “Faculty of Tourism, College of Management, University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran”. This has now been corrected in the online version of the paper.The publisher asks that affiliation information be submitted correctly at submission and confirmed at the article proofing stage.
