Abstract

The Delhi High Court in Nokia v Asustek & Ors. issued comprehensive procedural guidelines for confidentiality clubs (CCs) in connected standard-essential patent disputes, aiming to balance access of in-house representatives in CCs and disclosure of sensitive licensing information. These new guidelines could shape India’s broader IP adjudicatory framework in the coming years.
