Abstract This brief study offers a concise evaluation of the drafting history and content of the provisions concerning outer space in the Pact for the Future, adopted on 22 September 2024 during the Summit for the Future. This analysis provides a foundational starting point for addressing some of the current gaps and potential developments within the international legal framework governing outer space activities.
