What the paper says

The pursuit of sustainable development has grown into an increasingly pivotal aim for countries as they attempt to balance economic growth, environmental conservation, and social equality. One of the key industries that can help in achieving the goal of sustainability is insurance. Insurance through the use of technology can reduce use of paper, carbon emissions, and virtual office by online presence. This study aims to examine the factors that impact users’ intention to adopt online insurance services. Data have been collected through the judgement sampling method. For the purpose of data analysing, structural equation modelling has been used. The findings show that all factors have a significant positive impact on behaviour intention to use online insurance services to achieve the goal of sustainability. Insurance companies should focus on upgrading insurance online platforms such as websites, portals, WhatsApp, and social media accounts so that consumers’ satisfaction can be ensured.
