What the paper says

p class="MsoNormal"This paper aims to study the main features of the digital reality known as “Metaverse”, as well as the possible uses of this technology. Thus, having observed the phenomenon from a sustainability perspective and noted the absence of any reference legislation, possible solutions will then be assessed to face the variety of problems that may arise. From this angle, the impact of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Market Act (DMA) and the Digital Services Act (DSA) in regulatory terms will be assessed, as well as the possibility of widespread application of the UK’s Online Safety Act.
