In November 2015, a collective agreement—entitled the RECS (Qld) Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2015—came into effect between an Australian labor hire company, One Key Workforce (formerly known as RECS), and its employees.1 The young company had been incorporated in March 2015. At the time of making the enterprise agreement, it had just three employees, two engaged in coal mining and one engaged in construction
