What the paper says Dans cet article, les auteurs s’intéressent à la relation symbiotique entre les négociations collectives d’entreprise et sectorielle dans le baseball professionnel aux États-Unis. Si la littérature traite généralement ces deux paliers de négociation comme les termes d’une alternative et s’intéresse aux avantages et aux inconvénients de chacun d’eux, les auteurs montrent qu’ils coexistent en fait de façon plutôt harmonieuse dans le cas des ligues majeures de baseball (MLB), agissant de concert en tant que mécanisme régulateur pour la fixation des salaires.
