What the paper says

Educational institutions are under intense pressure from stakeholders to improve quality and effectiveness.Although the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology has gained increasing attention in various educational processes for reducing waste and defects, its capability has not yet been well studied in value education. In this study, a framework based on the DMAIC Six Sigma approach, and Lean concepts is proposed and applied in a school. The results of this study highlight that LSS can be used effectively to suggest guidelines for increasing educational effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction over a relatively short period.
