Abstract This overview highlights the Parliament’s (i) adoption of a resolution on the 28th company regime and relevant recommendations; (ii) discussions around the tax obstacles in the Single Market and the future of tax policy harmonization; (iii) adoption of recommendations on the housing crisis inclusive of tax aspects; and (iv) concerns over dropping of EU tax law initiatives.
