What the paper says

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of national identity on the flow and emotional experience of war museum visitors. We used the survey technique to gather data. Face-to-face questionnaires were gathered from 470 visitors who finished their tour. Demographic, descriptive, validity, reliability, normalcy, explanatory factor analysis (EFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses were conducted on the data set. The analytical findings indicated that the dimensions of belonging, identification, and comparison in national identity had a notable impact on the state of flow. Conversely, national identification did not exert a substantial influence on emotional experience. Ultimately, the study found a noteworthy impact of flow on emotional experience. Theoretical and practical suggestions have been developed for these results of the research.
