The publishers of The TQM Journal wish to retract the article by Kusumawati A, Rahayu KS (2020), “The effect of experience quality on customer perceived value and customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty”. The TQM Journal, Vol. 32 No. 6 pp. 1525-1540, doi: https://doi.org/10.1108/TQM-05-2019-0150. It has come to our attention that a large proportion of this article is copied, without attribution, from an earlier article by the authors. This was: Kusumawati, Andriani and Sri Rahayu, Kharisma. (2020) “The Effect of Experience Quality on Customer Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customer Loyalty”. Human Systems Management, Vol. 39, No. 2, pp. 219-232. https://content.iospress.com/articles/human-systems-management/hsm190564.
