What the paper says

This paper aims at analysing the various aspects of justice as defined and codified in Islam to see their applicability in the present world with respect to the economic, social, and political complexities resulting from globalisation. It will address relational justice, distributive justice, retributive justice and the concept of application of fairness and equity. It also aims to analyse the factors related to the implementation of social justice aimed at improving harmony and peaceful coexistence in a globalised world.
