Abstract

On behalf of the Editor-in-Chief, Professor Gabriel Eweje, and the Editorial Board of Corporate Governance (CG), we are deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Andrew Kakabadse, former Editor-in-Chief of the journal.Professor Kakabadse’s scholarly acumen, editorial leadership and passion for CG greatly strengthened its international standing and helped shape the field. We are profoundly grateful for his service and lasting contributions.We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and students. May he rest in peace.
