What the paper says
The author regrets that an error has occurred. In the following sentence: “Despite this, interesting experimental innovation and management research has been conducted online (Burmeister-Lamp et al., 2012; Hsu et al., 2017; Wooten & Ulrich, 2017).” the author incorrectly characterized the study by Burmeister-Lamp et al. (2012), and, by association, Hsu et al. as having been conducted online. This was a misinterpretation on the author's part. Upon revisiting the original articles and personal notes, the author realized that had mistakenly inferred an online setting from the use of z-tree unleashed rather than the LAN version of z-tree. This inference was incorrect, and the studies were not conducted as online experiments. (read more in the pdf)
