What the paper says

It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article by Yin C (2025), “Integrating or tailoring? Optimizing touchpoints for enhanced omnichannel customer experience,” Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, Vol. 19 No. 6 pp. 1001-1017, doi: https://doi.org/10.1108/JRIM-11-2023-0418, contains two typographical errors in the published version related to table referencing and a numerical value. On page 7, the sentence currently referring to “Table 2” should instead refer to “Table 1” and should read as, “As shown in Table 1, the results showed high internal consistency for each construct, with alpha values above 0.81 for all constructs (see Table 1)”.Additionally, on page 8, in Table 1, the CR value for Emotional Experience is incorrectly listed as 0.081, whereas the correct value is 0.81.These errors were not identified during the proofing stage. The publisher reminds authors to carefully check table references and numerical values at the proofing stage to avoid such errors.
