The analysis of this research data was carried out using structural equation modelling. The results show that the direct influence hypothesis of this study has been shown to have a significant impact. This shows that individual factors, such as employee readiness to change, play an important role in the process of adaptive performance. The factor of work media or tools, such as information technology use, also plays a role that is reflected in job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the workload factor in work overload indicates that individual motivation plays an active role in shaping organizational behavior.
