What the paper says

This study investigates gender differences in demographic, job productivity, and behavioral factors for 106 bank middle managers. The results indicate that men and women display significant differences with respect to age, marital status, education, experience, number of positions and promotions, length of time in each position, and restrictions on employment such as lack of job mobility because of spousal employment. Only minimal differences are attributed to behavioral factors related to career advancement.
