What the paper says

Purpose In this paper, the impact of supply chain (SC) analytics on SC performance, SC ambidexterity and SC transparency in textile sector enterprises will be experimentally evaluated. Its goal is to investigate how SC transparency and ambidexterity could act as mediators. Design/methodology/approach Data were acquired from 233 respondents who work in administrative positions for textile enterprises. Amos software was utilized in conjunction with the Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) approach to evaluate the proposed formulated hypotheses using the deductive method. A convenience sampling method was used. Findings The findings demonstrate that SC analytics enhances SC performance, ambidexterity and transparency. They also attest to the positive indirect benefits that SC transparency and ambidexterity have on performance. Originality/value This research extends the usage of the resource-based view to investigate the previous effects of SC ambidexterity, SC transparency and SC performance using SC analytics. This paper offered a notable theoretical and management addition to the SC literature, filled in research gaps, and built a fresh theoretical and empirical model.
