Retractionof the article:Polina LemenkovaMULTI-DIMENSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING: IMPLICATIONS FOR SUSTAINABLE LAND MANAGEMENT.Facta Universitatis, Series: Economics and Organization, Vol. 22, No 3, pp. 215 - 228. https://doi.org/10.22190/FUEO250904014L This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief following concerns of misappropriation of research results.The journal received a complaint from the Principal Investigator of the Project BECAUSE (Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna), funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research with the claim that: “the datasets shown in the publication are not datasets generated or owned by Dr. Lemenkova. They derive from vegetation surveys and collaborative datasets assembled by other researchers and institutions, and in several cases were collected prior to Dr. Lemenkova’s involvement in the project. Consequently, Dr. Lemenkova cannot claim individual authorship or intellectual ownership of these data”.The author was requested to provide comment on these concerns, but she did not respond to the correspondence.Consequently, the Editor has therefore lost confidence in the originality of the ideas and findings presented in this article and decided to retract it.Apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission and publication process.
