Abstract This study explores how Agile practices influence job satisfaction and project outcomes in IT development. Using a mixed-methods approach, we analyzed 1000 practitioner forum comments and surveyed 204 Agile professionals, testing relationships with SEM. Job involvement, effective daily stand-ups, and career satisfaction enhanced job satisfaction, while micromanagement reduced it. Goal clarity improved project success only. Career satisfaction was the strongest overall predictor, and job satisfaction further boosted project success, offering guidance for improving Agile implementation.
