The evolution of technology is redefining traditional management practices and encouraging innovation and digitalization worldwide.The aim of this research is to identify the necessary and sufficient conditions that lead a high digitalization level in Mexico.From the innovation perspective, this study explains and outlines the main theoretical foundations.Through the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) methodology, a sufficiency and necessity tests were conducted based on the data obtained from the Mexico Digital Center in 2024.The results suggest that companies in Mexico need to implement processes that enable technological adoption, apply cybersecurity more deeply, encourage the use of e-commerce, increase innovation, and develop a digital economy environment, as having the simultaneous presence of these factors enables a higher level of digital development.The results serve as a guide for decision makers to stablish business practices that facilitate the digitalization process in the current time.
