The research emphasizes the importance of understanding ESG implementation for investors and stakeholders in the real estate market. The study’s findings highlight the need for further research into ESG’s long-term impact on real estate investments and the financial performance of firms. It provides valuable insights for policymakers and investors on integrating ESG factors into investment strategies, particularly as a risk management tool. By offering a comprehensive overview of ESG research trends in real estate investment, this study serves as a useful resource for managers, governments, investors, and regulators, emphasising the need for interdisciplinary collaboration to further innovate ESG solutions and increase awareness.
