Smart and Sustainable Built Environment, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/SASBE-06-2025-0349, published with an error in the ‘Findings’ section of the abstract.The sentence “Model validation demonstrates strong predictive consistency across the components, with derived accuracy ranging from 96% to 99% and R2 values approaching 0.999.” should read “Model validation demonstrates strong predictive consistency across the components, with derived accuracy ranging from 96% to 99% and R2 values approaching 0.999.”This error was introduced during the article publication process, for which the publisher apologises.
